It all began after a Physical in 2006 where my cholesterol levels shot through the roof. That tends to happen when your diet is made up of a combination of Pizzas, Chinese TakeOut, Muffins, Donuts... you get the point. Add the fact that I work in IT, sitting 8+ hours per day and at the time I did not have a workout regimen. An immediate change was needed!
That's when I slowly began exercising and eventually joined the Gym. With the help of a trainer, I dropped 20 lbs and felt a whole lot better, but eventually hit a plateau.
That's when I decided to try P90X. Tony's program pushed my limits and helped my body looked as it never did before! I was also stronger than ever!
50 days into P90X, I became sick with the Flu and had to stop working out. By the time I recovered, I was not able to pick up where I left off and have been using P90X casually. It's time for another change!
Insanity starts July 28th! And I'm looking forward to this new transformation!
