Hello all! For those of you who don't know me I am married with three beautiful boys. I work full time as a registered nurse delivering babies. As you can imagine my schedule is very full. (like most people these days!) I truly enjoy exercise and love how it makes me feel. Fitness has been a part of my life for about 16 years and I can honestly say I have never had as much fun as I am having

I never really exercised until I started college and had free access to the rec center. I slowly started to see changes in my body and really felt good. I quickly became addicted and made it a part of my schedule. After having each of my babies I started back doing turbo kick and pilates/ yoga to return to my pre baby body. It's still a work in progress but I am very excited about using the beach body dvds and products to reach my goal!
