Single mom of 2 kids who are still at home. I work full time at a primarily sedentary job, so the only intraday exercise I get is if I walk to another building (10 minutes away) for a meeting, 2 - 3 times a week. Looking to get my old body back!

A week into my program and I am feeling a lot stronger, but the flexibility is taking some time. My ankle swells when I work it too much, so I really need to do this the right way.

I am overweight and my strength and flexibility are poor. I can't get up off the floor without using my hands. I can't bend my knees fully to sit on my heels. My right ankle is very weak due to a previous fracture, that impacts my balance. I'm tired of not being able to do anything. As I get older all my numbers are rising, triglicerides, cholesterol, blood pressure. I just started meds for 1 & 2 and would like to get fit enough to discontinue them.
