I have been overweight most of my adult life. I have tried countless ways to lose weight but never anything I could live with until Power90. I have let my weight keep me from enjoying life to its fullest, but not anymore! With Power90 and the help and support of the message boards, I finally found my answer.

I ordered Power90 with the same hopes and fears that I had ordered so much before. There was a part of me that was so tired of trying, yet a part of me that wouldn't give up. It's very hard to explain the agony I let my weight cause me and the struggle I had with myself everyday. I felt very selfish because so much of my time and thoughts were thinking of myself even though they were all negative thoughts. One thing I did have was determination and I felt if all these other people could do it, so could I. I did the tapes, ate better, and in 90 days make a total change on the outside, but most importantly, on the inside.
