I am 61 years old and lead a very active life, away from home often travelling around the world & sailing and many houseguests throughout the year. This makes it very difficult to maintain a regular fitness regime. It's been 3 YEARS since I consistently did any fitness program and I've suffered injuries as a result. I want to stay active so I'm committed to doing a "retrofit".

18 July 09 - My torn groin ligament has not caused me any pain for the past 10 days so I have decided to begin the program now, despite the fact that I have only 4 weeks until I am unavailable for 2 weeks; in September I will be able to complete the entire 6 day express then the slim in 6 program. For the beginning I want to do Start it Up for 2 or 3 weeks to build up some core strength then try Ramp it Up for one week.
