I'm a 22 year old nursing student in my senior year. During high school I was into field hockey and softball and loved to be active. I usually weighed around 133 and was pretty toned.

I'm a 22 year old nursing student in my senior year. During high school I was into field hockey and softball and loved to be active. I usually weighed around 133 and was pretty toned.
In college I began partying and eating at the dining commons or take out. One day I weighed myself and I was 162 lbs! After that I slowed down on the drinking and made slightly healthier choices and quickly dropped to 155 where I lingered for a while. A mixture of starvation, and eventually Weight Watchers brought me down to 148.
Then I read Eat To Live and by following the program, going to the gym and running/walking I am now down to 136 lbs but not as toned as I would like to be.
I am starting P90X (with my boyfriend if he sticks with it) with a goal of toning up and having a body I am proud of. I would also like to feel comfortable in a dressing room trying on clothes! I will be posting my before, 30 day and 60 day photos along the way.
