I'm trying to get back into shape after a year off due to illness. I am 33 years old
and also have diabetes so exercise and diet is very essential to my livelihood. I
started with Slim in 6 but then switched to 10-Minute Trainer. I hope because it
is a short program that I can keep up my motivation.
