I am a working mom of two little girls (8 & 4) with a very supportive husband.
We all enjoy exercise and being outdoors. We live in the country with horses,
dogs and cats. I work in the natural resource field that keeps me very busy
and traveling a fair ammount that gets in the way of eating right and
exercising. I had my girls later in life and so I really need energy to keep up

I have always been active, jogged to some degree, and yet ALWAYS have had
a floppy, huge belly. I hope to have found something that will truly help me
get it off. I am so ready to get More...
I have always been active, jogged to some degree, and yet ALWAYS have had
a floppy, huge belly. I hope to have found something that will truly help me
get it off. I am so ready to get back to eating better, less wine (ouch) and
consistent exercise. The jogging did me in this summer with getting extreme
tendinitis in my left hip and so everything stopped. Of course the twenty I
had lost has slipped back on with 12 of them and still haven't gotten rid of
the tendinitis. I so hope TJ can keep me active enough with less pain that I
can lose the 12 AGAIN and then lose another 20. I am ready to commit!
10/21/08 TJ is really fun and I have been able to keep up with it. I took the
DVDs with me on a business trip and actually did them twice! That is a first.
Inches are definitely coming off because my pants are starting to feel more
comfortable!
10/25/08 I finally braved the scale and am off 6 pounds. That is half the 12
that had snuck back on since the last time I took twenty off. I am at 167 and
feeling great. My hip has not bothered me hardly at all with TJ. I actually
look forward to each day of working out. It has definitely turned into a
challenge that I have taken on full force. I am not going to fully measure
again though until my 30 day anniversary which is only a week away. Let's do
it!
11/6/08 Cool! I'm down in weight and several inches off. Yesterday was the
classic story. I got home and was dragging bad. I did TJ Cardio Party as
intense as I could and I felt so much better afterwards. Let's see what
happens on Dec 6 now!
12/8/08 Not much weight off but still inches coming off. I feel so much
better and have lots of energy.
1/4/08 Oh lord I have had a traumatic holiday. My 4yo little girl got sick and
had to be put in the hospital the week of new years. I was major stressed out
from xmas day night until friday, jan 2. I can honestly say I was able to
handle the whole affair much better because of the shape I was in from turbo
jam. Even though I wasn't exercising I feel like I was in a better place
physically and emotionally going into it from the TJ and the supplements. I
stayed on my supplements and tried to eat as I should. I usually get a
migraine after just the holidays much less something like the hospital trip.
But one never materialized. Again, I think I owe it to TJ. I'm looking forward
to getting back to exercising with TJ now that we are all home feeling better
and gettin to my next weigh in in a couple of days.
1/8/09 Though my second 30 days was fraught with less exercise, I was still able to lose two more pounds and 2 more inches. I'll take it. Now I am starting Chalene Extreme and going to try to do EVEN better on my food. I'm excited for my 90 day overall and my first 30 days of Chalene Extreme.
2/7/09 Ok, first thirty days of CE. The program is hard and I feel stronger but I didn't lose anything. No inches or weight. My new measurement of waist at the belly button did show a 3/4 of an inch off but since that is the same as my old measurement at a different place on my belly I didn't change it on my stats. I did very well on food too. Not sure what is going on, but will continue with push phase.
