28yr old mother of 1 boy (9.7months), still nursing, obese (240lbs), 5'9", have issues with consistency but really want to get fit and healthy (easily quit after a few workouts) Need motivation. Plus most videos seem to be for people who seem as if they're experts, I need something really really novice.
