I recently turned 40 and I know I have to work more consistently to maintain my fitness. I love to hike (obviously), as well as working out at home (Turbo Jam, Slim in 6, and Power Half Hour). Every day is a new commitment to health (exercise and eating right). My kids are joining me for Turbo Jam from time to time and they love it! Last Spring, I lost 10 pounds and really toned up by doing Slim in 6, Turbo Jam, and/or Power Half Hour 6 days/week! I'm starting again (today) so I can maintain my weight loss and feel healthy and strong. Heart disease runs in my family, so I don't just *want* to stay healthy, I *need* to! I decided after my brother died of a heart attack (at the age of 32) that I need to be vigilant with my health. One cannot live in fear; one needs to take control.
