I am a wife and a mother of three young children (ages 3,5,and 7). I work
part time (2 days/week) as a social worker and really enjoy my job. Just like
any other busy mom, I struggle to make time for myself and feel guilty when I
do! I have a
supportive husband who encourages me to work out,but I still struggle to
find the time AND energy!

My ultimate goal would be to lose 10-15 pounds. 15 pounds would be ideal,
but I'm not sure if it is attainable, 10 pounds would be something that I would

be able to keep off. After having my body fat percentage taken, my personal
trainer thinks that it would be great to get it down to 22%, so that is also a goal
of mine.
