I have had a weight problem all my life. I maxed out and 232 and am now 213
watching what I eat and doing Turbo Jam over the last year. I am trying to get
down to 145-150. I have many health issues and need to tackle this. Lastly, I
really want to have a flat stomach for once in my life. This is my ultimate goal.
