I began my transformation back in March, where I finally began to scrape the 300 pound milestone and hit rock bottom. I was sitting at 297, and began to see how I looked in alot of pictures from the previous Christmas party.

I hated how I looked, but living in Maine, there are no shortage of potential excuses to not work out. It's cold half the year, rainy and windy other days, etc.
