Hi. My name is Jeanne-Marie. I'm 45. I work full time. I was injured two years ago in a car accident and had surgery almost a year ago. In that time I've exercised as I can, sporadically. Now, although I still have pain and difficulty with certain things,I am getting much better and want my old body back. I want the healthy, lean, flexible, muscular person that used to be me. I don't have a work out partner so I joined this to get to meet other people who are interested in being healthy and willing to work to make it happen. I'm exicted about the possiblities and depressed about the before picture. I never thought I would look like this or feel like this. I am grateful for every workout that I have a buddy and know that each day gets me closer to goal. Go Chalene. You keep me motivated as do my success buddies. I look forward to updating my stats.

When I started this in April, I was in the worst shape of my life. I've been working out regularly and although I don't see a huge difference when I look in the mirror, my measurements are getting smaller and I feel stronger and better about myself. I was doing strength training (Turbo Sculpt and 3T) three times a week and cardio two times. Recently, I changed and added 20 minute cardio to my strength training and bumped my workouts to six days. I'm hoping that will help get me to the next level. I'm enjoying the workouts even on the days I don't want to do them. A big shout out to my buddies. They help keep me going. Just knowing I've committed to them keeps me from skipping.
