Hi I'm Mark. Im 29 and have been an active person now for 3 years. I started running a couple of years ago to fulfill some goals of mine and to help lose some weight. I have noticed some weight loss but also want to get to that new level of fitness that I have never had in my life. I am trying to get the ripped abs that I have always wanted.

So currently I am doing P90X for the last 2 years and my transformation has shown through. I have also added the One on One with Tony Horton workouts and I am really anxious about the new workout by Shaun T Insanity to be coming out soon. I also continue to run and trying to improve my running speed and distance. I am getting questions from friends who want to be more fit. That was something that I never really knew would come out of this. I have been an inspiration for others because they can see the difference in my life that could help them change in theirs. Now I know that at this moment I am in the best shape of my life. I would have never believed a program like this could do the things to my body to help me stay in shape and stay healthy. I owe it all the Beach Body family. Thanks for everything you have done for me. Now its time to help others achieve everything they want.
