My Story; I am a 49 year old retired school teacher/coach. I taught elementary Physical Education for 14 years and coached varsity sports at the high school level. (Football, Basketball, Baseball and Girls softball)(Busy guy, Huh?) I played some tournament golf and earned my PGA Class A Golf Professional certification. I am currently teaching Martial Arts for a living. I am Owner and head instructor of a Martial Arts school that I opened 26 years ago. I just earned my 7th Degree Master Ranking in the Korean Martial Art of Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan. I teach 6 days a week and I have a cardio kickboxing program in place also. I have always been in decent shape for tournament participation as a seven time national champion. As I am getting older the mid-section is trying to get larger. I am using the P90X program to keep myself in shape. My first 90 days was excellent. I used the program to prepare for the eight days of testing that I had to endure. Now I am back on track to improve my overall fitness in time to celebrate my 50th birthday. I can't wait to see my 50th birthdayday picture.

Used P90X for 90 days. I lost 10 pounds, took an inch off my waist, gained two inches on my chest and (thank you Plyometrics) can run and jump again after knee surgery. My energy level is higher than it has ever been and my athleticsm is improving daily. P90X has been a blessing in helping me fight the aging process. I honestly feel that I am getting into the best shape of my life, at age 49 that is saying alot.
