As a Beachbody employee for over 4 years, I've been taking advantage of all the resources available through the company. Having tried out virtually all of our programs, Power 90, Turbo Jam, P90X, One on One, and ChaLEAN Extreme. This year, i'm eating the cleanest (and the most) that I have in my entire life, and by year end I will have a bodybuilder physique.

After seeing amazing gains on ChaLEAN, not to mention lifting more than I ever have, I'm now graduating onto One on One, only taking it up a few knotches. I got a dipping belt and I'm doing weighted pullups, chinups, pushups, and dips; i'm determined to maximize every workout in the 90 days. If I'm not giving my all and working to absolute failure every time, then i'm just wasting my time.
