Losing weight, toning up and getting seriously in shape are all part of my goals. Since it's getting ready to get cold I wanted to transform from an outdoor workout to an indoor routine without having to go to the gym daily.

I thought this wasn't going to be that tough but it's tougher then it looks but I love it!

Wow, yesterday taught me I have muscles that I didn't know I have. That's only because they HURT!

I'll lose another 10-15lbs and hopefully will get extra lean.

The diet will be the test.
