Ok, I've been back & committed for 3 weeks now. I originally started P90X in Sept. 08, but had to put it on hault be because of a condition in my knee that set me back for about 4 mos. But, now I'm back at it & committed to doing this for 90 days, at least.

These first 3 weeks have been tough, & I stay in pretty good shape, at least when I can walk I do. To be honest with you, I can't believe how awesome this workout is. I guess there's a reason Tony Horton is in the shape he's in.

I'm in this until I lose about 15-20 lbs. & am a lean machine. I don't really care what my weight is if I'm under 10% body fat. I'm looking forward to the journey & I'm hoping a lot of people join me.
