I am a college graduate with a B.A. in Psychology. I went to four different schools but finally finished! I am currently working on my Master's in Community Counseling. I will be graduating in December 2007. I work with our local Rape Crisis Center with our agency called Lifelines as the Prevention Education Coordinator. I love my job and love what I do. Getting to talk about many social issues within the community really helps me know I am on the right path. Talking to victims/survivors lets me know we are so strong sometimes it just takes a lot to realize our own potential.

I saw the Power 90 commercial late one night in 2002 when I returned home from work. I had been exercising for about one year and was in a rut. It challenges me more than I could have imagined. Then I started to get into another rut when I finished both P90 1-2 and 3-4. Then they came out with P90X. I have never dreamed of this much enjoyment after working so hard for an hour. This program is the best investment in myself that I could have ever imagined. I feel energized more than I have before. I actually look forward to my workout each morning. In my past I always used food as a means for confort so to actually use the P90X nutrition guide was a struggle for me. I have always loved food, but not whole foods. I am now getting a handle of it and actually love the food I am eating now more than the junk I use to consume. I have finished a few full rounds of P90X and have also used Debbie's Slim Series to really slim down. I know with all the great Beachbody products I will keep reaching my fitness and nutrition goals.
In 2006 I bought Turbo Jam and WOW I never thought working out could be that much fun. I enjoy each and every routine Chalene makes. I crave more and more. I am hoping to get certified in 2007. I will be driving to Pensacola so that I don't have to wait. I may not teack Turbo Kick but I want the experience. It will be a great tool for me as well as allow me to meet many more addicts like myself! Since I cannot make it to Camp Turbo this year I believe going to the certification will help me get my fix in!!!
I will be using many of the BB products to help me get off my pregnancy weight. I became a coach in 2005 because I wanted to help others like people helped me when I join BB in 2003. Now with MDB I want to share in my exerience with as many individuals as I can. What an adventure ahead of me!
