Although I am in the gym 3 days/wk weight training in the off season it is time to begin the dreaded journey of dieting down for competition. Generally 12 weeks out from the competition. This usually causes problems with loosing some of the precious muscle I worked so hard to gain back. I thought maybe by adding this to my 5 day routine I could preserve that muscle. We shall see... I plan to begin on Monday March 16th.
