So far so good - I have been on my Thyroid meds for a couple months now and have started seeing some progress and am very encouraged. I am eating healthy and getting regular exercise with a combination of Shawn T's Hip Hop Abs, which are great for me because I have lower back issues and I am also using Chalene Johnsons Extreme. I will occasionally do a P90X workout with my husband and we go on bikerides when ever we can break away from our crazy wonderful life.
