It was not easy but def. easier than yesterday. I am trying so hard to complete the program this time... looking for motivation and energy More... 12/01/09 Did RIU this morning. Was low on energy and although the workout itself was not hard, my body was not used to working out so I kept wanting to quit. Will be doing S&6pk & S&L More... 11/29/09 I fell off the wagon for a good 4 weeks and will be restarting SI6 tomorrow. I will do 1 week of RIU and then 4 weeks of BIU.
