I became a teacher almost two years ago and since that time I have been
slowly putting on weight. With long work hours, junk food in the teacher's
room and not a lot of time to cook dinner my husband and I have resorted to
eating out a lot and the meals we cook at home aren't very healthy. The
energy level is low so when I get home after a long day I just want to "vedge".

At Thanksgiving 2006, I weighed about 185 lbs. Since then, I have lost 15 lbs.
and am now down to 170. My goal is to get to at least 155 or lower.

At Thanksgiving 2006, I weighed about 185 lbs. Since then, I have lost 15 lbs.
and am now down to 170. My goal is to get to at least 155 or lower.
It is now September 2008 and since I last posted, I have had a baby and am
now a SAHM. I dropped down to my pre-pregnancy weight fairly quickly but
that was still at 185 and overweight. I am finally getting serious with my
workouts and am already seeing results after just 3 weeks.
