I am very passionate about helping other's achieve there personal goals! Physical fitness and proper nutrition are essential to make that happen. I am a graduate student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo earning my master's in nutrition. I specialize in adequate and good nutrition, weight loss and muscle development from a wellness perspective while incorporating individual fitness desires. I encourage life style changes and maintenance in order to achieve personal fitness and weight loss goals. From a young age I was passionate about exercise and loved motivating other’s to grow and appreciate their individual strengths. Dancing for twelve years, playing competitive tennis, running track and cross country are my personal endeavors allowing me to dive into the industry deeper.
