I bought Power 90 in September 2004 after probably a year of watching the infomercials. Then I decided to buy SI6 and the Slim Series off of eBay. How crazy was it for me not to start until August 2009. Look at how much time I've wasted! Now I've decided to make the commitment to enjoy my life and family. The children are even doing the program with me for their Phys Ed while homeschooling. We also have a punching bag, jump rope, Lifecycle, Stairmaster, and Bowflex. We have many TaeBo and Susan Powter tapes, too, but I will be putting alot of my effort into the P90 tapes for now.

I'm an advanced brown belt in ITF TaeKwonDo. I was a Program Coordinator and assistant instructor at the dojo for 1.5 years, before realizing that I'm rarely getting to workout now. I've not lost any weight in that time, so I've decided to remember my first goal of taking care of ME. I actually pulled my calf muscle in June 2008 when testing for my 1st Dan black belt. I've been out of commission for 2 months and am ready to get back into it. I now have appx 4 mo to get ready again for the test with the help of P90 & Turbo Jam. I can't wait!
