Miami, FL I am 27 years old and ready to write the next chapter in my life! I was born in Mexico, raised in Texas, and have now been living in Florida for the past five years. I have an undergrad in Kinesiology and Sports Science, licensed in Massage therapy and Colon Hydrotherapy, and currently finishing my Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (working to be a registered dietitian.)

I know first hand what it takes to be fit and healthy, but I also know what takes to slip out of it. Now that I have sampled each lifestyle flavor, I prefer the the taste of wellness victory - whether it be after a volleyball game (I play beach volleyball competitively), running 5 miles (I'm really bad at running so 5 miles is like a milestone for me), or finishing a P90X workout.
I use P90X and absolutely love it. I used it to come back into the fitness routine and to take out the bad taste in my mouth - you know the I one I was talking about before where I had slipped out of being "healthy."
I'm on track now and CANNOT wait to help you too. Just remember my motto: You Need 3D's to Succeed = Desire, Discipline, and Dedication.
