During my endeavors of seeking employment as a student, my supposedly well-planned future career took its turn. Although I have never suffered with weight issues, my focus still lies with health and fitness as it relates to the mind, body and soul. My passion for health and fitness has always been a part of me. As a result of incorporating health and fitness as a lifestyle, my physical state of being remains consistent since the time of my college years. I am 130 lbs and wear a junior size 3 but wish to gain at least 5 - 8 more pounds of muscle. Stay tuned!!!
