The "old me" was a great starter--just not so good on the follow through. I started Power 90 about three years ago, but after I found out I was pregnant I didn't finish it.

After the baby I tried Slim in 6 and did every workout religiously--until the last two days and didn't finish. I even read the best selling book "40 Days of Purpose," and got as far as the 39th day and stopped before the end.

I don't know whether I quit because I'm afraid of failing or succeeding. I do know that each previous time I've tried to lose weight I have not planned each
step well. And you know what they say, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail."

THIS TIME WAS DIFFERENT and it was because of Team Beachbody and TurboJam. The plan was already laid out for me. I started the TurboSlim 10 in 10 plan and just did the workout and ate the food it told me to. After the first ten days, I continued the suggested exercise rotation and followed the 1600
calorie balanced slimdown meal plan Team Beachbody provided.

It was all right there--the menus, the calorie counts, the nutrition information. I didn't have to try to calculate my daily rations and figure out what I could or couldn't eat for the day. I just followed the plan and it worked! They were all healthy simple to prepare meals.

In the first year of doing TurboJam 5-6 days a week and following the meal plan, I lost 54 pounds and 40
inches, and went down five clothing sizes, from a sz. 20 to a 10!

I am now at my all-time lowest adult weight. I haven't been this size since my teen years!

The "New Me" loves feeling strong, fit and healthy. I'm dedicated to continuing my new lifestyle and motivated to share with others how they can
do the same.

I love Beachbody and ALL the great workouts they offer. I now have quite a large library of videos that I rotate through--ChaLEAN EXTREME, P90X, Turbo
Jam, INSANITY, Slim in 6, HipHopAbs--I love them all! They have kept me interested and progressing like nothing else ever has.

Now my goal as a COACH is to share what I've learned through Beachbody with YOU, and to help you get started on the road to a Healthier snd Happier future for yourself.
