Fitness, Nutrition and Wellness are not only personal interests but my career. I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University where I played Division I soccer and a Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of Rochester. I hold fitness, nutrition, coaching and wellness management certifications through the Cooper Institute, American Association of Lifestyle Fitness, Nutrition and Wellness are not only personal interests but my career. I just finished ChaLEAN Extreme and did the entire 126 days without missing one workout! I lost 8 lbs and 15 inches. We recently went on vacation and I timed it perfectly to be on the beach at Day 90 feeling more fit and healthy than I have ever felt!
I completed the 126 days of ChaLEAN Extreme with 20 other women. We lost 138.5 lbs., 161 inches and 33.8% body fat! We recently started another 126 days and we are getting even better results now that we are focusing even more on our nutrition.

I have always been fit and active but as many of you can relate, pregnancy slows us all down whether we like it or not. I gained a total of 40 lbs during my pregnancy even though I worked out doing TurboJam and Aqua classes the entire time. My body was used to running so after Month 5, my doctor did not allow that and that is when fitness became frustrating. After my c- section recovery, I was right back into fitness and have lost all of my weight. I am on my way to losing another 10 and plan to run another marathon (San Diego, 2004) within the next 2 years. I truly believe that it is all about having the willpower to change!
