My transformation story is still a work in progress. I somehow found myself weighing more than I've ever weighed not pregnant. I was tired of my clothes being too tight and feeling unattractive. My transformation so far has been more mental than physical. Have I lost some weight with Slim in 6? You bet! Have I lost some inches with Slim in 6? Absolutely! My biggest transformation is how I feel about myself. Exercise is such a mental release for me and I feel better both physically and mentally. So, not much of a physical transformation thus far, but more mental and that is really important to me. Now that I KNOW I'm worth the extra time I spend working out each day, I KNOW that my physical transformation will take place more readily!
Today is 11/15/09, the day after my last day of Slim in 6. I've lost 8.5lbs. and a total of 6.75 inches from my body. If I had actually been following the dietary guidelines the whole 6 weeks as opposed to just this last week, I'm sure the numbers would have been bigger. So I've graduated SI6 and now I'm taking a recovery week before starting ChaLean Extreme. I will keep you posted...
