Day 46: I can hardly believe the difference in the way I feel and look. I have only lost 5 pounds but that doesn't tell the story. Having to go buy new cloths and being happy about it. Now that's something to talk about. I have lost 2" on my waist making me a 31. I haven't been there for over 20 years. I can't wait to see what happens after 90 days. :-) (I will post new pics after 60 days)
