I am a 35 yr old father of 3 and looking to get back into the shape I was in high school. I played sports in high school and can remember the good feeling of being in shape. I want to have that feeling again and be a good role model for my children. On a vain note, I sure want to look good in my swimsuit at the beach and damn good riding my Harley.

Ouch, week one is done and week 2 has begun with P90X and I'm loving it. I haven't checked my weight or sizes yet, but I know there is already a difference. I feel the difference in my clothes and in how I move at work and around the house. Oh yea guys, and in the bedroom. So I know the sweat and tears are only going make things better.
