When I was in high school, even though I was active in sports, I was never as fit or as slender as I wanted to be. I was introduced to Beach Body after I graduated in 1999 and have been very please by the results. I feel stronger and more energetic. I look and feel better. I was 150 lbs and wore a size 10 in pants. Since I've been on Beach Body I have lost 20 lbs and am down to a size 6. I honestly don't think I could have gotten this far without Beach Body. Their workouts and nutrition guides are one in a million. First I took the challenge of Slim in 6, then Power 90, Turbo Jam, and now P90X! All of the workouts are fun and exciting with different challenges to each of them. I just now started P90x.. I'm definately excited to see where I will be once I've finished it.
