i think i am in pretty good shape; 5'6" 140 lbs but i have only minor muscle definition and i have not been eating very well. my junior year of college i started eating fast food at least twice a day. i thought this was ok because i did not gain any weight (my girlfriend hates that) and i was very active, i played every intramural sport we had and i was playing volleyball all the time and i have
