I am a work at home Mom of two. I am excited to be able to help you with
your weight loss goals. I have lots of experience trying to juggle workouts
and healthy eating with work, kids, my spouse, family, friends and every
other commitment. We make tons of commitments to other people everyday
but we often forget about ourselves. Please take

Transformation Story

I was always a very active child and teen. I played several sports and I was
always on the go. I didn't have to worry about what I ate. Then when I

I was always a very active child and teen. I played several sports and I was
always on the go. I didn't have to worry about what I ate. Then when I
started slowing down, working long hours and not exercising the weight
started to pack on. I was able to turn the table for a while when I found my
two labs. We went hiking and biking and the weight melted right off.

I was back to my college weight when I became pregnant with my first child.
I tried to keep exercising and I even bought a pregnancy workout tape but I
was so exhausted and starving all the time that I gained 50 pounds. Going
back to work stressed and sleep deprived made me unable to shed the
pregnancy weight. I spent 3 years wanting to lose the weight but not able to
find the motivation to do so.

One night I was flipping through the channels and I saw the infomercial for
Power 90 and I called. I got my package and I started right away. After
suffering through the first week of workouts, it started to get easier and I
started to see the pounds come off. After three months of sticking to the
program, I had my energy back and I had lost 30 pounds.

I was planning to continue the journey in hopes of losing the final 20 pounds
when I found out I was pregnant again. While the doctor said that I could still
exercise that gave way to sleep and eating for 2 again. Unfortunately, I ate
for 2 adults. My second daughter was born 5 days before Christmas healthy
and strong. Thankfully I had only gained 30 pounds during this pregnancy so
I was just back to where I had started. I went back to work in March and then
my husband changed jobs and we moved. After we were finally settled in our
new lives and I was no long nursing or pregnant I knew it was time to reach
for Beach Body again.

On January 1, 2008 I weighed in at 222 pounds. I was so embarrassed that I
refused to take a before photo or my measurements. My dress size was a
20W. I put in the P90 workout and started. I thought that I wouldn't make it
through the power yoga. I had trouble doing a push up.

During the last few years I had been diagnosed with asthma so I would have
to stop to catch my breath and sometimes even use my inhaler.

After two months of workouts, I finally moved up to the second DVD. For
some reason, I had never tried the second workout in my previous time and I
was really nervous. I had just started to get comfortable. I pushed play and
made it through. By day 90, I had lost 39.4 pounds.

I stopped being as strict as I was with my diet but I wanted to continue on. I
kept telling myself that this is the last time that I will have to lose weight. I
have been changing the way I look at food and working out. Some people
say to me “Your still doing that” and I respond, “This is forever”. I want to be
healthy and fit forever. I want to teach my daughters healthy eating habits
and I want them to have a healthy, energetic Mom. After another two months
I had reached my goal, I was down a total of 50 pounds.

I went to visit my parents and my Mom just kept staring at me. She couldn’t
believe that I was the same weight that I was in college. I have so much
more energy and confidence that I want to share this program with everyone
who is trying to lose weight. I think that it is impossible to lose weight and
keep it off by dieting alone. Continuing to be fit and coaching others to do
the same is my current goal. I think that if you set good examples by
exercising and eating healthy your children, family and friends will follow you.
Fitness is contagious.
