I'm Amanda a 26yr old mom of two boys.Zander 3yrs old and Kaden 3 months old. I have had problems with weight my whole life.I've played the yo-yo game. I want more then anything to feel good about myself and feel comfortable in my own skin. after my first son I did great with my workout plan and diet. I know I can do it!! now after baby number 2 I find myself back a square one.
