Sit down type in a computer/telecom industry in San Francisco Bay Area.
Have a history of fluctuating body weight.
Lost 20 pounds in the past year from 200 to 178.
Decreased BMI from 31.3 down to 27.9. I kept running and go to gym but will not lose further weight.
Decided to build up more muscle this year and weight have climbed up at 184.

Picked up P90X last week. Started my first week.
