My name is Chris.

Personally: I'm 40 years old, married with 3 children. I am a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and a musician (although I don't play the band scene anymore). By day I'm the Director of Software Development at a small IT Services company.

I have always been the "birdcage" of the group. Not "thin," -- SKINNY! I've been that way all my life, and just kind of lived with it.

I completed Round 1 of P90X on December 5th 2008. I felt amazing. I had recently turned 40, had recently test for and earned my 2nd degree Black Belt in Taekwondo More...
Wow, What a story!

I completed Round 1 of P90X on December 5th 2008. I felt amazing. I had recently turned 40, had recently test for and earned my 2nd degree Black Belt in Taekwondo (this was a 9 hour test, BTW, and I couldn't have done it without the help of P90X), and I was absolutely in the BEST SHAPE of my life. For the first time that I can remember, I can look in the mirror and think that I actually look good. P90X has been THE SINGLE best thing I have ever done for my health, fitness and well-being. The benefits of this program have touched every area of my life for the better. I feel stronger, better, more alive.

My "diabetic" life has improved too: Easier to regulate, less insulin, more stable results. PLUS -- I can really kick it in Taekwondo these days. I can't believe I waited so long to get off my butt and take control of my life.

But of course, I am not going to let it end there . . . .

During the course of Round 1, I became so passionate about my health and fitness that I decided to become a Beachbody coach so I could help others achieve their personal fitness goals the way I was doing. This has been a very rewarding journey as I now get to see and participate in the most amazing transformations! I love this part of it!

I started Round 2 on December 22, 2008 after a 2 weeks sebatical using Ten Minute Trainer (a great program too!). Now I'm on my third round an beyond. I'm experimenting with hybrids and more programs, and looking for more great results and even BETTER fitness all around!

All I can say to anyone reading this is: FIND THAT REASON to PUSH PLAY EVERYDAY and BRING IT!
