Georgetown, TX I'm 40'ish, married and need to get back into shape. I lost 50 pounds on Weight Watchers in '06 then quit smoking later that year, and most of that weight has piled back on. I'm a trained TurboKick instructor, and look forward to start teaching classes. I love anything Turbo and my immediate plan is to be accountable for what I eat, and get back to 6 days/week working out.
