I have been unable to log in to beachbody.com for several weeks (no surprise, the customer service is the worst) so I missed my 90 day workout online. Nonetheless, I did finish strong and my results More...
I have been unable to log in to beachbody.com for several weeks (no surprise, the customer service is the worst) so I missed my 90 day workout online. Nonetheless, I did finish strong and my results have been better than I had ever expected. I feel strong and I now run seven miles, six days a week! I am no longer taking my asthma medication and I have not had indigestion for over a month...not even after eating jalapenos the other day! Thanks to Beachbody (except the customer service) and Tony Horton for making me a healthier person!

Update...I have not done the "official" program in about five months, so I have decided to start up again with another round of P90X. I have completed one week and it seems that I forgot how sore I was for a few weeks! My thighs are killing me!
