I am a 49 year old wife and mother of 5 children now all on their own ( 7 pregnancies, one miscarriage and one tubal which required surgery plus two other abdominal surgeries.) I have taken a leave of absence from work as my health concerns made it nearly impossible to lead a normal life, as Chronic Pain and Chronic Thanks Beach Body…you gave my life back and my body…life back to my body!!!
I am a 49 year old wife and mother of 5 children now all on their own ( 7 pregnancies, one miscarriage and one tubal which required surgery plus two other abdominal surgeries.) I have taken a leave of absence from work as my health concerns made it nearly impossible to lead a normal life, as Chronic Pain and Chronic Fatigue were paralyzing my life and my body. A new team of doctors began to work with me in August and September 2004 suggesting exercise and stretching along with intensive Physiotherapy. The physiotherapist explained that years of pain had constricted my muscles and nerves, plus the left hip would pop out of place and sometimes my ribs hurt so much I had to wear a brace to sleep. I walked with a limp and swayed. Driving hurt my wrists and arms plus coupled with extreme tiredness all this required a handicap sign in our vehicle in order for me to be able to park closer to stores and to the shopping carts for support to walk. At work (prior to my leaving) I needed my receptionist to turn pages for me. I weighed the most in my life (even more than when I was pregnant), this affected me emotionally and physically. I thought my doctors were nuts to suggest exercise…that night I just so happen to see the SI6 program on television. I completed SI6, P90 and now P90X will start now with PHH mixing in all the other program to target the remaining inches and pounds. I no longer walk with a limp, nor sway, I walk straight and tall. My handicap sign expired December 15, 2004 and I did not renew it. I have gained so much strength and flexibility. No longer do I take medication at night to sleep, plus where I used to double my pain mediation, I now take less than 1/3 and less than 1 or 2 days a week!!! I have taken in my clothes and thrown some away I know I will never wear again! Even though still at times I would rather have a nap, I always complete my exercises first. When I first started SI6 I was napping every 2 hours for about 15 – 60 minutes, now I nap only once a week if that! Am battling arthiritis now, along with everything else. But I won't give up and I will Keep On Pushing Play!!! I feel fantastic, energetic, and sexy too. Emotionally and physically I am a NEW ME!

On September 27, 2004 I started with Slim in 6. I really enjoyed this program, I didn't seem to lose a lot of pounds but I saw a size reduction, 8% body fat, 8 lbs and 10.5 inches.
My most amazing change has been in my deep surgical scars on my abs, they are fading as are all my stretch marks, I am a new me. The only change beside the SI6 was taking the Slimming Formula faithfully.
I am still chunky but I know there is hope for a slimmer me... But only if I continue…now with Power 90.
Day 30 with Power 90 equals another 3 lbs, 1.5 inches and 3% less body fat. Totals with SI6 and P90 day 30 = 11% Body Fat, 13.5 inches and 11 lbs.
My clothes are too BIG! Yeah!
Day 60 with Power 90 equals another 2 lbs, 2.5 inches and 1% less body fat. Totals with SI6 and P90 day 60 = 12% Body Fat, 14.5 inches and 13 lbs.
Day 90 with Power 90 equals another 1lb, 1 inch. Totals with SI6 and P90 day 90 = 12% Body Fat, 15.5 inches and 14 lbs.
P90X Day 30 No changes but I am stronger! P90X Day 60 Lost 1 inch on my Hips...I am happy about that! Now using 8, 10, 15 and 20 lb weights! P90X Day 90 WOWY!!!Lost 1.5 inches on my hips! and 1 more pound...
Going to continue with a mixture...really need to lose the weight aroung the abdominals so that is my focus now!
Wore jeans for the whole day, that is an accomplishment as ususlly I can stand it around my hips but now I am finally Comfortable!
I am so so happy! When I started with Beach Body, I was horrified that on my thighs I had the beginnings of the dimples from cellulite (Yuk!!!) I never thought these would go away (I had tried various creams etc, no change). But NOW, I cannot believe my eyes there is only a very very slight indentation, the unsightliness of cellulie is disappearing! Never knew the secret to so much success in life and health was Beach Body!!!!
