I am a 44 year old married mother of 4 children, who relies on the Almighty Creator. I am also a freelance writer. In my (very limited) spare time, I enjoy singing, watching movies, and going for walks with my family. During the winter months, I am the number 1 fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, and I absolutely LOVE Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs! Slowly, but surely, the weight is coming off! But that's ok! It has taken me 43 years to pack 'em on, so slowly is better than not. I was trying to lose weight w/out really working out, but I have discovered that I have to exert energy to burn fat at a faster rate. I overcame "laziness" and now I w/out 4-6 times a week, and walk 4-5 evenings. I am loving it! I'll update this story as I weigh in and measure each month. Current progress, I'VE PASSED MY INITIAL WEIGHT GOAL OF 20 LBS, losing a total of 40 lbs. Only 80 more pounds to go! Woo-Hoo! I'm on my way, 'cause I keep pushin' play!
