So I've been skating by, did body-for-life for almost two years, then switched, yo-yoed and recently lost 30 pounds on medi-fast (900 cal) start. It works. currently my wife has lost about 60 or 70 pounds. She is blowing me away, doing jazzersize. So the challenge is set and let the games begin.

As for myself; I have done marathons (June 1, "I rocked San Diego" and Nov 16th, I'll be in San Antonio visiting my daughter and some old friends and running the inaugural Rock and Roll marathon there. I like all sorts of sports and would have never picked up running, but hey, once bitten you just keep on keeping on. By trade I an x-ray/nuc med tech moved on to management. I teach at the college, and Treasurer of the State Society and am also on the licensing board for x-ray techs in the State. Sure looking forward to the intense ten minute workouts. If anyone in cali wants a great fun run, check out the mud runs at Camp Pendleton.
