I'm 39, married, work part-time and have an awesome cat. He loves it when I sit on the couch. I never liked exercise. I have never been real heavy but never thin, at least not for a long time. I lose weight for a while and then I lose momentum. I've never been able to maintain weight loss because I didn't continue exercising.

I saw Turbo Jam back in July of 2006 and thought it looked awesome! I did that until December. Than I went on to Slim in 6, Hip Hop Abs and P90X! I have been doing P90X since October of 2007. Wow! I still can't do a real pull-up but I can do push ups from my toes! Yesterday I found out I could now do dive bomber pushups like Marin. I had to show my husband right away. I've been able to keep 10lbs off. As long as I stay interested in the workouts I will be able to keep my new size clothes. I had been wearing some 14's, now I even have some size 8's! June1, 2008 I started counting calories. This takes the guess work out of it. I'm trying to decide if I should stick with P90X or add in TMT. Keep working hard everybody! It shows! I started Chalean Xtreme in March of 2009. I am following the eating program to a "T". My diet needs the most help, I lost 5lbs in first two weeks. The variety of the workouts are great! The spice of life!
