Wow! I have finally worked hard enough to get me here! I'm so excited to start this journey in my life. I guess my journey started in February when I decided that I needed to do something with my body. I wasn't extremely overweight but I wasn't where I wanted to be. I wanted to feel good about myself and be healthy. Have that feeling of confidence wearing whatever I wanted.

In February, I started to get serious about my weight and health. Through the use of Beachbody products and the support of my coach, Kristy McLean, I have been able to go from 161 lbs. to 143 lbs. I have always looked at the scale as an indicator to how I was doing but measurements and the way your clothes are fitting is also really important! I'm still working to improve my fitness and hope that you will join me in the journey!
