Rockwall, TX I've been into fitness training since I joined the USAF in 10/1987. I REALLY got into it when I was stationed in Germany from '90-'93. During my 'peak' fitness, i weighed in around 185pounds with approximately 3.5% bodyfat. Over time, I faltered on my diet/eating habits; however, I have always remained committed to some form of fitness training. Time to firm it back up to my 'wonder' years! :) I enjoy flying, flyfishing, motocross and making noise on the guitar. Just my wife and I now; my daughter is a Sr @ TCU & my son is a Marine (Sempr Fi!). I work for a large telecommunications company providing Tier 3 tech support for broadband access.

My story starts around the Summer of 2008 and specifically for me on 1/19/09. After we lost a work peer to a liver condition due to poor health and another one was rushed to the hospital due to a heart attack, our team collectively decided to make some life and health changes. We thought we could make it fun and have challenges at work to see who could drop the most weight and be the most fit in 90 days. My goal is to drop about 20-30lbs and be about 9% bodyfat. Several of us bought the P90X routine. I've always been into fitness to some degree. After I purchased my copy, it brought back a 'fire' for fitness from my 'back in the day' time of fitness. As of 2/19/09 (day30!), I am in week 5 of P90X and LOVING EVERY second of it.
