My name is Tracy and I've worked in the fitness and weightloss industry since I was just 17 years old. I know first hand how hard it is to get in shape and stay in shape!
I'm not going to lie to you, it's been a hard road because life happens and seems to give us speed bumps when we are trying to reach our goals. Then our "achievement brain " kicks in and tells us we should be doing better..

I taught aerobics/personal trained for nearly 20 years until I injured my quad a few years ago.

I am a computer programer now and even though I told myself, I was still fit.. I was chained to my desk, gaining weight, sad, and feeling like I never wanted to go anywhere. Nothing was fun anymore. Plus..My stress level was high, I was having panic attacks and feeling sickly all the time.I know my diet was NOT helping me feel good. My husband and I decided to start eating 'clean' and make some real changes in our health. (Michi's Ladder)

Eating clean has made a huge difference!! I'm losing weight, and everything is so much better.
I'm actually leaner than I was when I was teaching 12 aerobic/step classes a week!!! My focus is so much different now. I'm really focusing on core strength/yoga/and being healthy! TURBO JAM really got me to focus on my abs and I can't wait to do my next workout! TURBOJAM IS THE BOMB! I just bought new clothes (again) and they're already starting to fall off me now! I'm smaller than I was in high school!

I only focus on each day and making good decisions one day at a time. I can't believe how much better I feel and my panic attacks are gone.

Update: 8/07/09
I'm back teaching and personal training. My hubby and I have just started INSANITY. This is the hardest thing I've ever done but it's making me a better Turbo Kick instructor. I'm actually doing things that I could not do when I was in my 20's!
