I am a 47 year old mother, wife and student. I attend college in the evenings after working 8 hours a day. It is much easier for me to eat bad than to eat good, it's also cheaper. But I need not only workout to slim down, my health is now an issue. I plan to strive to take one day at a time and with BB products become the best that I can be.
