I am 26 years old and love working out. I have been working out regularly
ever since I got out of high school. My favorite thing to do is SPIN. I usually
choose to do that and not much else (which can be a problem for me because
I know I plateau and then don't get continuing results) I usually do one
weight lifting class a week and then spin the rest. I have always been a big
sports person. I

sports person. I played soccer, lacrosse and was on the swim team in high
school. But ever since high school no matter how much or how hard I work
out and eat healthy I am never able to get those PEAK results that I want. This
has become a very frustrating thing for me because I feel like I am doing
what it takes, but I am not seeing the results I desire. I know I am not
overweight and a lot of people can't understand why I am doing P90X, but I
just want that extra toned look. That is why I am SUPER excited to do P90X
and push myself everyday to my limit. I am going to be completing P90X.
